Privacy policy

What this website and our business collect, why, how long it is kept and how to ask us about it. This policy describes what happens today; where a technology is not yet in use, it says so rather than reserving the right in advance.

Where this website stands today

No first-party cookies are set. No local or session storage is written. No analytics or advertising tag is installed. The only third-party content is a Google Maps frame on the contact page, and it does not load until you click to load it. The enquiry form does transmit what you enter, but only when you submit it — section 04 sets out exactly what happens to it.

Aquarius Infotech — Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 15 August 2026
“Aquarius Infotech”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the proprietorship operated under the legal name Gopal Mansukhbhai Savaliya, trading as Aquarius Infotech.
This document is provided for information about how Aquarius Infotech operates. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the engagement document agreed with an individual client.

Section 01

Introduction

Aquarius Infotech is the trade name of a proprietorship operated under the legal name Gopal Mansukhbhai Savaliya, with its principal place of business at 3rd Floor, Office No. 309, Cyber City, VIP Circle, Mota Varachha, Utran, Surat, Gujarat 394105, India. In this policy, “Aquarius Infotech”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business. This policy explains what information this website and our business collect, why we collect it, how it is handled and how you can contact us about it.

We have written it to describe what actually happens today rather than to reserve the widest possible rights. Where a technology is not currently in use but may be enabled later, that is stated as such rather than described as though it were already active.

Section 02

Scope

This policy covers the aquariusinfotech.com website and the information we receive through it, together with information supplied to us in the course of a business enquiry or an engagement.

It does not cover:

  • third-party websites or platforms we may link to or embed content from, which operate under their own policies;
  • data held inside a client's own advertising, analytics or cloud accounts, which the client controls;
  • the practices of advertising platforms, app stores or infrastructure providers, which set and apply their own terms.
Section 03

Information you provide directly

Most information we hold about an individual is information that person chose to send us. That typically includes:

  • name;
  • work email address;
  • telephone number, where supplied;
  • company or organisation name;
  • the service being enquired about;
  • the content of the message or correspondence.

During an engagement we may also receive business information necessary to perform the agreed services — for example account identifiers, technical documentation or business details required by a platform's own processes. That information is used for the engagement and is treated as confidential.

Section 04

Business enquiry form

The enquiry form on our contact page collects the fields listed above and a consent confirmation.

The form transmits what you enter to our own server endpoint when you submit it. The server checks the submission, then forwards it to contact@aquariusinfotech.com as a plain-text email through a transactional email provider acting on our behalf, so that we can reply. We do not operate a database of enquiries; the resulting record is the email itself.

The form also contains one hidden field that a person never sees or fills in. If it arrives completed, the submission is treated as automated and discarded. This is a spam control, not a means of profiling you.

Your submission is used to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to form part of the commercial record. It is not added to a marketing list and is not shared for anyone else's marketing.

If you would rather not use the form, email us directly at the same address. Nothing is collected by simply visiting the contact page.

Section 05

Technical and server information

Like effectively all websites, the infrastructure serving this site processes technical information as part of delivering a page. Depending on the hosting configuration in use, that may include the requested URL, the date and time of the request, the response status, the referring page, and the user agent string sent by your browser.

This information is generated by the hosting and network layer rather than collected by us for marketing purposes. It is used to serve the site, to investigate errors and to protect against abuse.

Section 06

IP addresses

An IP address is transmitted by your device whenever it requests a page; it is not possible to serve a website without one. Our hosting and network providers process IP addresses to route responses, apply security controls and mitigate abuse.

We do not use IP addresses to build advertising profiles of website visitors, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from them.

Section 07

Browser and device information

Your browser sends information about itself with each request, such as the browser and version, the operating system and the languages you accept. Our stylesheet also responds to device characteristics such as viewport width and a reduced-motion preference; this happens in your browser and is not transmitted to us.

We do not currently operate any device fingerprinting or cross-site tracking technology.

Section 08

Cookies

This website does not currently set any first-party cookies, and it does not write to local storage or session storage. The site is designed to function without marketing cookies.

Third-party content can set its own cookies, but only once it loads. The only such content on this site is a Google Maps frame on the contact page, and it is not loaded until you click to load it. If you never click, no Google content is requested and no Google cookie is set by that page.

Depending on the services enabled on the website in future — for example analytics or advertising measurement — additional cookies may be introduced. Our cookie policy describes each category, what is currently active and what may be enabled later.

Section 09

Analytics

No website analytics tag is currently installed on this site. We do not presently operate Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or any comparable measurement script on these pages.

If analytics is enabled in future, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated to name the tool, describe what it records and set out the consent mechanism where one is legally required.

This is separate from the analytics work we perform for clients inside their own properties. In that work the client is responsible for its own data and its own privacy disclosures; we act on the client's instructions within the access granted.

Section 10

How information is used

Information received through this site or in the course of business is used to:

  • respond to enquiries and prepare proposals;
  • deliver, support and administer agreed services;
  • issue invoices and maintain commercial records;
  • communicate about an active engagement;
  • operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and our systems;
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Section 11

Service providers and processors

We use third-party providers to run our business — for example hosting and infrastructure providers, email services and, where applicable to an engagement, advertising and analytics platforms. Those providers process information on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own terms.

Two are relevant to this website specifically. Our hosting provider serves these pages and runs the enquiry endpoint, and necessarily processes the technical information described in section 05. A transactional email provider delivers enquiry-form submissions to our inbox; it receives the fields you submitted, for the purpose of delivering that one message.

We share information with a provider only where it is needed to deliver a service, to operate our systems, or where we are required to do so by law.

Section 12

Advertising platform interactions

Where we manage advertising for a client, interactions with the advertising platform take place inside the client's own account and under the client's own relationship with that platform. Data generated by those campaigns belongs to the client's account, and the platform's own terms govern how it is processed.

In that work Aquarius Infotech acts on the client's instructions within the access granted. The client remains the advertiser, and the roles of advertiser, agency and payer are kept distinct — see the agency–client relationship page.

Advertising platform activity is not connected to visitors of this website. We do not currently run remarketing or conversion tags on these pages.

Section 13

Data retention

We keep information only as long as there is a reason to. In practice:

  • enquiry-form submissions arrive as email and are retained while a prospective engagement is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted;
  • engagement records, commercial documentation and invoices are retained for the period required by applicable accounting, tax and limitation rules;
  • technical logs generated by hosting infrastructure are retained according to the provider's configured retention period.

When information is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, and no legal obligation requires its retention, it is deleted or archived.

Section 14

Information security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a business of our size: transport encryption for the website, access limited to those who need it, credentials kept out of source control, and current software on the systems we operate.

We do not hold any ISO, SOC or equivalent certification, and we do not represent our practices as compliance with any such standard. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Section 16

Cross-border processing

Our providers may store or process information on infrastructure located outside India. Email, hosting, advertising and analytics platforms commonly operate globally distributed systems, and we cannot guarantee that information will remain within a single country.

Where information is processed outside the country in which it was provided, it is processed under the relevant provider's terms and applicable law.

Section 17

Your requests

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct information that is inaccurate, or to delete information we no longer have a reason or obligation to keep. You may also withdraw consent you have previously given, without affecting processing already carried out.

Write to contact@aquariusinfotech.com with "privacy request" in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some information may need to be retained where a legal obligation requires it.

The rights available to you depend on the law applicable to you. This policy does not claim certification or formal registration under any particular data protection regime.

Section 18

Children's privacy

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to contact@aquariusinfotech.com and we will delete it.

Section 20

Updates to this policy

This policy will be updated when our practices change — in particular if a form submission endpoint, analytics or any advertising measurement is enabled on this website.

The version and effective date at the top of this document indicate the current revision. Material changes will be reflected in a new version rather than a silent edit.
