Performance marketing
Google Ads account structure, app and search acquisition, conversion measurement, bidding strategy and reporting that separates platform media cost from agency service fees.
Company
Aquarius Infotech is a Surat-based technology and performance marketing business providing mobile application development, backend infrastructure engineering and digital advertising management.
We operate as an independent service provider. The businesses we work with own their products, applications, websites and advertiser identities; our role is defined by a written engagement and by the access those businesses choose to grant.
Company overview
Most agencies buy media and hand the measurement problem to someone else. Most development shops write software and stop at the release. Aquarius Infotech was set up to hold both, because the questions that decide whether an advertising programme works — is the conversion firing, is the event value correct, is the backend reporting what the campaign is optimising toward — are engineering questions.
The result is a narrow practice rather than a broad one. We work in Android, in backend and API infrastructure, and in Google Ads. We do not present ourselves as a full-service agency, and we say so before an engagement rather than after.
Operating model
An engineering-led model is not a slogan about quality. It describes where the boundary of responsibility sits when a number looks wrong.
01
What counts as a conversion, what an event value represents and which system is authoritative are written down before code is shipped or budget is scaled. Reports later refer back to that document rather than to memory.
02
The application emits the event, the backend stores it, the analytics property receives it and the campaign optimises toward it. When any link fails we can open the relevant code rather than escalate across vendors.
03
Play Console requirements, Google Ads policies and advertiser verification obligations are treated as design constraints from the start of an engagement rather than as problems to resolve after a rejection.
04
Platform media cost, agency service fees, development charges and third-party infrastructure costs are recorded as different things from the beginning, so an invoice never has to be reverse-engineered.
05
Campaign restructures, bidding changes, tracking edits and releases are logged with the reason for the change, so a shift in performance can be tied to something that was actually done.
06
If an objective cannot be measured reliably, or an activity would breach platform policy or applicable law, we say so before the engagement rather than accepting the work and managing the consequences later.
What we do
Each can be engaged independently. Combined, they remove the handover points where measurement usually breaks.
Google Ads account structure, app and search acquisition, conversion measurement, bidding strategy and reporting that separates platform media cost from agency service fees.
Native Android applications in Kotlin and Java: architecture, data layers, background work, integrations, instrumentation, release engineering and ongoing maintenance.
Containerised services and REST APIs behind gateways and reverse proxies, with authentication, caching, rate limiting, database tuning, monitoring and Linux server administration.
Registration
Aquarius Infotech is the trade name of a proprietorship operated under the legal name Gopal Mansukhbhai Savaliya. It is not a private limited company, an LLP, a partnership or a separately incorporated entity, and we do not describe it as one.
24JLLPS6684H1Z8In ordinary business contexts we are Aquarius Infotech. The proprietor's legal name is used where a legal, tax, billing or payer identity is required — on invoices, on billing profiles and in formal disclosures. They are the same business, not two parties.
Accountability
Gopal Savaliya
Founder & Managing Director
Aquarius Infotech is a proprietorship, which means responsibility is not distributed across a management structure. Gopal Savaliya is accountable for the engagements the business accepts, the commercial terms it agrees, the access it holds on behalf of clients and the platform obligations that follow from that access.
The practical effect for a client is a short chain of responsibility. Scoping, technical decisions, campaign decisions and commercial questions are handled by the people doing the work, and escalation does not require moving between departments.
Where a legal or billing identity is required — for example on an invoice or an agency billing profile — the identity used is the one legally applicable to the proprietorship: Gopal Mansukhbhai Savaliya, trading as Aquarius Infotech. In all customer-facing contexts the business is Aquarius Infotech. These are the same business under two names, not two parties.
Operating principles
These are internal standards, not certifications granted by any platform or body. They exist so that a client, a prospective client or a platform reviewer can predict how we will behave in a situation none of us has met yet.
We will
We will not
Client collaboration
The same sequence applies whether the work is a build, a migration or an advertising programme.
The objective, the systems that already exist, the data available and the commercial constraints. If something is unmeasurable or out of scope, this is where we say so.
Deliverables, timelines, the measurement definition, the access required, and a fee structure that separates our charges from platform and third-party costs.
The client grants the account, repository or server access the scope requires — no more than that — and the authorisation is documented.
Implementation against the agreed specification, with instrumentation validated before budgets are scaled or a release is promoted.
Reporting on an agreed cadence, a record of changes made, and at the end of an engagement a clean return or removal of access.
Transparency is structural, not a policy statement
The distinction between advertiser, agency and payer, the treatment of client-owned assets, and the separation of media cost from service fees are documented in full on our transparency pages: agency–client relationship, Google Ads agency transparency, advertiser verification assistance and billing policy.
Technology capability
Platforms and tools our engagements are actually delivered on. Third-party product names describe technologies we work with and imply no partnership or endorsement.
Location
This is our only location. Engagements, engineering and account management are all run from Surat; we do not operate a branch office elsewhere.

No. Aquarius Infotech is an independent technology and digital advertising service provider. It is not Google LLC, is not owned by Google, and does not act as Google's representative or authorised agent. Google Ads, Android, Firebase, AdMob, Google Play and BigQuery are third-party platforms we work with, and their marks belong to Google LLC.
Yes. Google Ads management, mobile engineering and cloud engineering can each be engaged on their own. They are combined often because measurement is easier to guarantee when the same team writes the events and optimises against them, but that is a preference rather than a requirement.
