What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store, and which the browser sends back on later requests to the same site. Cookies are how a site remembers something between page loads.

Related technologies do a similar job: local storage and session storage keep data in your browser, and embedded third-party content can set its own cookies when it loads.

This policy covers all of these, and distinguishes what this website does today from what may be enabled later.

What this website does today

As at the effective date of this policy:

• this website sets no first-party cookies;
• it does not write to local storage or session storage;
• it has no analytics, tag manager, advertising or remarketing script installed;
• the enquiry form transmits what you enter, but only when you submit it, and it sets no cookie;
• the only third-party content is a Google Maps frame on the contact page, which does not load until you click to load it.

The site's navigation, mobile drawer and FAQ accordions work entirely in the page and store nothing. The site is designed to function without marketing cookies, and it does.

Essential cookies

Essential cookies are those strictly necessary to deliver a page you requested — for example session management, load balancing or security controls.

Currently in use: none set by this website. Our hosting provider may apply infrastructure-level controls in delivering a response; where any such control sets a cookie it would fall into this category, which does not generally require consent because the site cannot be delivered without it.

Preference cookies

Preference cookies remember a choice you made, such as a language or a display setting.

Currently in use: none. This website has no preference that persists between visits. Reduced-motion and colour-scheme handling is read from your browser or operating system settings at page load and is never stored by us.

Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies help a site owner understand how pages are used — visits, page paths, approximate location and referral source.

Currently in use: none. No analytics tag is installed on these pages.

If analytics is enabled later, this policy will be updated to name the tool, describe what it records, state the retention period and set out the consent mechanism where one is legally required. Analytics would not be enabled retrospectively for past visits.

Marketing and advertising cookies

Marketing cookies support advertising measurement and remarketing — for example recording that a visit followed an advertisement, or building an audience for later targeting.

Currently in use: none. There is no conversion tag, remarketing tag or advertising pixel on this website.

This is worth stating clearly given what we do: although we manage advertising for clients, that work happens inside the client's own accounts and properties. It is not connected to visitors of this website, and visiting this site does not place you in any advertising audience.

If any advertising measurement is added here in future, it would be disclosed in this policy and gated behind consent where consent is legally required.

Embedded third-party content

When a page includes content served by another company, your browser contacts that company directly to load it, and that company may set its own cookies.

The only such embed on this website is a Google Maps frame on the contact page, showing our principal place of business at Cyber City, VIP Circle, Mota Varachha, Surat.

It is click-to-load. Opening the contact page requests nothing from Google; the frame is inserted only after you press the button, and only then can Google set a cookie or see your request. That is a deliberate choice rather than a technical necessity, and it is why this site still needs no consent banner. No other page embeds third-party content.

If you prefer not to load it, avoid the contact page or use browser controls to block third-party content; the rest of the site is unaffected.

Local storage and similar technologies

Local storage and session storage keep data in your browser rather than sending it with every request.

Currently in use: none by this website. Our JavaScript reads no storage and writes none. Embedded third-party content may use its own storage under its own policies.

Consent

Because this website currently sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising technology, there is presently nothing here that requires a consent banner, and we have deliberately not added one for appearance's sake.

If cookies or similar technologies requiring consent are introduced, a consent mechanism will be implemented at the same time, in the manner required by the law applicable to the visitor. Non-essential technologies would not be active before consent is given where consent is required.

Controlling cookies in your browser

Every major browser lets you view stored cookies, delete them, block third-party cookies and block cookies from specific sites. These controls are usually found under privacy or site settings.

Blocking cookies will not break this website, because it does not depend on any. Blocking third-party content will prevent the Google Maps frame from loading if you ask for it; the address is published as text on the contact page and in the footer of every page, and an "Open in Google Maps" link is always available.

Updates to this policy

This policy will be updated whenever the position described in section 02 changes — in particular if a form submission endpoint, analytics or advertising measurement is enabled.

The version and effective date at the top of this document indicate the current revision.
