Some outcomes are decided by third parties, and we state plainly that we do not guarantee them. Specifically, Aquarius Infotech does not guarantee:

• any level of advertising performance, return on ad spend, cost per acquisition or install volume;
• approval of advertisements, campaigns or destinations by any advertising platform;
• approval, publication, ranking or continued availability of an application on any app store;
• the outcome of an advertiser verification process;
• reinstatement of an account or application affected by a platform decision;
• that a platform will not change its policies, pricing, features or enforcement in future.

These are ordinary limits on what any independent service provider can promise about another company's decisions. Where a client is affected by such a decision, we assist through the channels the platform provides.

Third-party platforms and services

Our services frequently depend on platforms operated by others: advertising platforms, app stores, cloud and hosting providers, analytics services, API vendors and domain registrars.

Those providers set their own terms, pricing, features, availability and policies and may change them at any time. We work within those terms; we do not control them, cannot vary them, and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Google, Google Ads, Google Play, Android, Firebase, AdMob and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Aquarius Infotech is an independent service provider and is not Google LLC.
